Before being shipped all animals shall go through obligatory.

All shipments are accompanied with veterinary certificates, packing lists, CITES permits (if necessary), and conform to IATA regulations, pertinent to transportation of live animals. Our carriers are British Airways, SWISS, Aeroswit, Ukraine International and others.

BION supplies animals all year round. Special packing is used during winter season. In addition, animals are delivered onboard the plane by BION’s vehicle.

All claims regarding quality of shipment are accepted within 48 hours of receipt of animals. Color pictures sent by e-mail or mail should confirm all DOA cases.
